Build Quality

The architect-owner of this property has gone to great lengths using the latest technology for environmental, health, safety, sound and comfort.

Sound: To prevent virtually all sound transfer from the upper level, this units ceiling contains sound attenuation, the drywall is hung on springs, and the concrete floor above, besides being on a typical subfloor, he's also poured over an isolation mat.

Comfort: The foundation walls and floor are built using ICF technology which provides incredible humidity and temperature control.  Windows and doors contain triple glazing and Tilt-and-turn technology.

The unit’s temperature is provided via in-floor radiant heat and separate forced central air conditioning. To ensure fresh safe air, there is a modern HRV or heat recovery ventilation unit.
